Adding work to your portfolio

What uploads, and what happens while it processes.

Recordings, scores and images can all go into your portfolio. Large files are checked before upload starts, so you find out about a problem in seconds rather than after a long transfer.

After upload, media is processed — duration and waveform are derived at that point. The item shows a processing state until it is genuinely ready.

Who can see your portfolio

Private, mentors only, or public.

Each item has its own visibility: private, visible to your mentors, or public. The default is mentors only.

Changing an item to public makes it linkable — useful when a panel asks for a sample.
