Welcome

Youlivocal Inc. operates a marketplace connecting singers with independent vocal mentors. Mentors are self-employed professionals, not our employees; we provide the platform, payment protection and dispute resolution.

Accounts

Mentors set their own rates. Youlivocal charges a flat 15% commission on the session fee, deducted from the mentor side. There is no additional platform fee charged to students, and no exclusivity is required of mentors.

Bookings & payments

When you book, your payment is captured and held in escrow by Youlivocal. It is released to the mentor only after the session is delivered and completion is confirmed — by you, or automatically once the confirmation window elapses with no dispute open.

Refunds are issued where a mentor missed the session, where a technical failure on our side prevented it, or where a quality issue is upheld after review. Disputes receive a first response within 24 hours.

• More than 24 hours before the lesson: cancel free for a full refund.
• Within 24 hours: the session is charged, and the amount converts to a make-up credit valid for 30 days with the same mentor. It is not a cash refund.
• Cancelled by the mentor at any time: you receive a full refund.
• Rescheduling is free up to seven days before the lesson.

Conduct

Everyone using Youlivocal agrees to our community standards. Accounts may be restricted where those standards are breached; restricted users can request a review.

Content

Lessons are recorded so both parties can replay them. Replays are retained for 90 days, after which they are purged. The retention date is shown on every replay.

Termination

Closing an account is not covered by this document. The one account action these terms describe is the restriction in Conduct above, and a restricted account can request a review. Questions about closing an account: [email protected].
