Why are mentor rates different?
Mentors set their own rates, based on their training, performance career and demand. Published lessons show their per-session prices before you book. Bundle tiers appear only when that mentor publishes them.
What does the service fee cover?
The mentor-side commission is intended to cover secure payment and escrow protection, the live classroom, replays and support for both sides of the lesson. Replay media delivery is not yet connected, and 24/7 support is a policy target, not a guarantee of live coverage today. Students are not charged an additional platform fee on top of the session price.
Are there subscription plans?
No. Youlivocal is pay-per-session, with no recurring charge. Where a mentor publishes five- or ten-lesson bundles, the policy discounts them by 10% or 20% respectively; bundles are optional and not available on every profile.
How does cancellation work?
More than 24 hours before the lesson, cancel free for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the session is charged — but the amount converts to a make-up credit valid for 30 days with the same mentor, rather than being lost.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued in three situations: the mentor missed the session, a technical failure on our side, or a quality issue upheld after review by our team. Disputes receive a first response within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment-method policy covers major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus regional methods such as iDEAL and Alipay where supported. Live PCI card capture and the payment provider are not yet connected, so no payment method is currently available for checkout on this site.
